Payments and Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid features of Church of Prompt, a product and service operated by Hasher Technologies LLC (hasher.sh).

Current Product State

The live product provides Free and Pro plans.
Stripe webhook intake is implemented at /api/v1/webhooks/stripe with subscription state reconciliation.
Self-service checkout and subscription management are available from /pricing for authenticated accounts.

Billing and Cancellations

The Pro plan is billed at $5/month through Stripe. The Free plan is available at no cost.

Users can manage cancellation and payment method updates in Stripe's billing portal, available from the Pricing page after login.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case, including duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, material service defects, and circumstances where refunds are required by law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe processing timelines.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Contact support before opening a charge dispute so we can investigate and resolve billing issues directly whenever possible.

Fraudulent payment activity may result in account restrictions or termination under our Terms.

Support Ownership

Payment support and reconciliation are handled internally by Church of Prompt admin operations (Hasher Technologies LLC).
